Presenter:  Amy Eagan, The Quality Coach

    • Do you ever find yourself getting behind in other peoples’ work?  Have you noticed that you just can’t do it all?  How would you like to learn to accomplish more through others?  Would you also like to develop the talent on your team by giving them opportunities to step up, grow and succeed?
    • In this ‘taste of delegation’ session, we’ll explore an effective approach to delegation and you’ll walk away with a list of delegatable tasks, along with ideas to start accomplishing them through others.
    • If you are ready to improve your approach to accomplishing more, in less time, and with fewer resources, come join us for an interactive session!
